Smart IT website now launched

Smart IT is an IT solutions and services company that specialises in anti-spam, anti-virus, internet and mobility solutions as well as laptop, computer and server repairs.

Diff Technology has designed and developed a website that meets both the needs of smart IT and their clients.

With a customised help desk function the clients are able to log in and  track their ticket history as well as submit a ticket.

Smart IT can also log on to this panel and see any outstanding updates and post updates that will in turn be sent to the client.

    Everything I posted is from our own experience and what we have developed in websites. For Smart IT we in fact developed a custom made helpdesk function that did exactly what the customer wanted :)
